By uploading photos to FlickitPix.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Responsibility
   1. Ownership of Uploaded Photos:
      ◦ You retain ownership of any photos you upload to FlickitPix.com.
      ◦ By uploading, you confirm that you own the rights to the photo or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to upload and share it.
   2. Compliance with Laws:
      ◦ Photos must comply with all applicable laws and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
   3. Content Responsibility:
      ◦ You are solely responsible for the content of the photos you upload. This includes ensuring that the photos do not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful material.
2. Right to Remove Photos
   1. FlickitPix.com’s Discretion:
      ◦ FlickitPix.com has the right to remove any photo at any time for any reason without prior notice.
      ◦ This includes, but is not limited to:
      ▪ Violations of platform terms.
      ▪ Requests from copyright holders.
      ▪ Content deemed inappropriate, harmful, or not aligned with FlickitPix.com’s policies.
   2. No Liability for Removal:
      ◦ FlickitPix.com is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the removal of photos from the platform.
3. Licensing and Usage Terms
   1. Grant of Rights to FlickitPix.com:
      ◦ By uploading photos, you grant FlickitPix.com the rights to:
      ▪ Host, distribute, and make your photos available for download.
      ▪ Enforce FlickitPix.com’s terms of use on all downloads.
      ▪ Monetize your photos if they qualify for the fee program (subject to conditions below).
   2. License for Downloaders:
      ◦ Photos downloaded from FlickitPix.com will be governed by the terms set by FlickitPix.com at the time of download.
      ◦ Downloaders may use the photos in accordance with those terms and cannot be retroactively subjected to new restrictions.
   3. Monetization Program:
      ◦ Eligibility: Some photos may qualify for inclusion in FlickitPix.com’s fee-sharing program. Selection is solely at FlickitPix.com’s discretion.
      ◦ Revenue Sharing:
      ▪ Uploaders whose photos generate revenue will receive a percentage of the earnings after deductions for platform fees, transaction costs, and taxes.
      ▪ The revenue-sharing percentage and terms are determined exclusively by FlickitPix.com.
4. Removal and Revocation
   1. Uploader-Initiated Removal:
      ◦ You may request the removal of your photos by contacting FlickitPix.com at [email protected].
      ◦ Once removed, photos will no longer be available for download from the platform.
   2. Previously Downloaded Photos:
      ◦ Users who downloaded your photos before removal may continue to use them under the terms active at the time of download.
      ◦ Uploaders cannot revoke the rights granted to users for previously downloaded photos.
5. Prohibited Content
   You may not upload photos that:
   1. Infringe on Rights:
      ◦ Include copyrighted materials that you do not own or have explicit permission to share.
   2. Contain Offensive Material:
      ◦ Include content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
   3. Exploit Sensitive Subjects:
      ◦ Feature minors or animals in a way that could exploit, misrepresent, or harm them.
6. Sensitive Content Guidelines
